Terms of Use
Last updated: October 2026
These terms apply when you access V2Ray All-Platform Downloads, read configuration guides, or use download links on this site. Read them before use and determine whether they apply based on your local laws and network environment. For information about personal data, see our Privacy Policy.
1. About This Site and Scope
This site organizes download links, client comparisons, and configuration guides for v2rayN, v2rayNG, and v2flyNG. Its content is for educational, technical research, and informational purposes only; it is not legal advice, a promise of network services, or a guarantee that any software is suitable for a particular purpose. Listing a client's name does not make this site a developer or authorized representative of its open-source project.
Settings paths and examples in the guides depend on the client, core, and system environment. Interfaces and features may change with updates; follow the documentation for the software you have installed. This site does not provide proxy servers, subscription accounts, or internet access services. The providers of those services set their own terms.
2. Legal Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are and to your activities, your organization's network policies, and the rules of service providers. Do not use this site's content or related software for unlawful purposes, including unauthorized system access, information theft, infringement of others' rights, distribution of illegal content, or disruption of network operations.
Make sure you have the necessary rights to manage or use your devices, accounts, and network. Before changing system proxy, routing, DNS, or TUN settings, understand the potential impact and save your existing configuration. Get the required authorization before making changes on organizational devices. Keep subscription URLs, credentials, and configuration files secure, and remove sensitive information when reporting an issue.
3. Third-Party Software and Download Links
The software is provided by its respective open-source projects. Each project determines its software's features, release schedule, license terms, and technical support. Following a download link on this site does not mean that we participate in software development, review all code, or endorse or guarantee any third-party service. Read the license and documentation that come with the software before installing or using it.
Download links may change because of project releases, network conditions, or maintenance. This site may revise documentation, update links, or suspend some content. We do not guarantee that files will remain available or that software will work on every device. Before updating software, consider backing up essential settings and checking that the new version is compatible with your system and protocols.
4. Accuracy and Limitation of Liability
We aim to provide clear instructions, but guides may contain omissions or errors or may not reflect the latest updates. Examples explain configuration concepts and should not be treated as complete solutions for production environments. Test settings in a controlled environment and decide for yourself whether to apply them to your devices and network.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not responsible for the availability of third-party software or services, or for data loss, business interruption, or other losses caused by installation, updates, configuration changes, network outages, or third parties. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot legally be excluded, or affect rights you have under applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
Project V, V2Fly, Xray, and each client's name, branding, software code, and related materials belong to their respective rights holders. Open source does not mean copyright is waived. When copying, modifying, distributing, or republishing software, follow the license included with the relevant version and meet any applicable requirements, such as attribution, copyright notices, or source-code availability.
Original guides and page content on this site are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Credit this site when quoting its content; do not misrepresent it or imply endorsement by the projects mentioned. Our descriptions of software do not change its license terms or grant rights to third-party trademarks or other property.
6. Changes to These Terms and Feedback
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in content, services, or legal requirements. Updates will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be changed. Revisions generally apply to use after publication. Where the law requires separate notice or consent, we will follow those requirements; updating this page does not replace any required process.
You can review this page again before using the site. For help with setup, first see Getting Started and follow its verification steps. Before reporting an issue, note the client name, steps taken, and error details. If a feedback channel is added to this page, submit only the information needed to troubleshoot. This page does not handle disputes about accounts, subscriptions, or third-party services.
